Tender goat meat pan-roasted with caramelised onions, ginger, garlic and other freshly ground spices. This mutton fry can be served as an appetiser or a side and pairs well with rice dishes, flat-breads, and even with cocktails.

Kathirikai Dalcha (Brinjal Gravy)

A famous side dish for Biryani, this gravy is prepared with a combination of Toor dal/channa dal and fresh brinjals, cooked with onions, tomatoes, freshly made ginger-garlic paste and other spices.

Thaiyaru Pachadi (Yoghurt Raita)

This yoghurt-based side dish is made with diced seasonal vegetables, fresh curry leaves, mildly spiced green chillies, red chillies, and seasoned with mustard

Mutton Biryani with Boiled Eggs

This Tamil Nadu-style royal dish is Chef Latha’s family recipe. Different spices and herbs are freshly ground to a flavourful mix, sauteed and cooked with tender pieces of marinated mutton, long-grain rice and boiled eggs to produce an aromatic and delicious rice dish.

Badam Halwa (Almond Sweets)

This regal dessert is made with blanched almonds finely powdered and cooked with homemade ghee, sugar, a splash of milk with saffron till soft and crumbly.
