Oxtail Stew (raw wght. 800 gms) 

Fatty oxtails braised in red wine and slow-cooked for several hours in a flavourful gravy, this homemade French-style oxtail stew consists of tender meat marbled with fat and iron-rich marrow, and delicious soup. Though the recipe requires more effort to cook, the immensely rich flavours are worth it.

Fragrant Basmati Rice 
Perfectly steamed, fluffy long-grain Basmati rice, the Chef’s recommended side to complement the flavours and tender meat of the Oxtail stew


Focaccia Bread (7-inch loaf) 
Homemade flat oven-baked Italian bread that’s perfectly crisp and crusty on the outside and chewy inside served as a side dish. A great accompaniment for the Oxtail stew, this loaf can be cut according to your liking.

Mango Cheesecake Cups (2 pcs) 
A dessert that feels like summer in your mouth, this creamy recipe consists of a classic biscuit base, mousse-like mango-flavoured cream cheese filling, topped with slices of sweet fresh mangoes.
