Chef KT Yeo’s Signature 1 : Double Prosperity Lo-Hei (双喜捞起)
A Chinese New Year must-have, Yusheng is a prosperity-bringing dish, handcrafted with double happiness using ‘prosperity’ abalone and ‘fortune-bringing’ smoked salmon topped with caviar and edible gold leaves.

Chef KT Yeo’s Signature 2 : Buddha Jumps Over the Wall (佛跳墙)
Chef KT Yeo’s speciality, this Chinese delicacy is brewed, simmered and double-boiled for over 12 hours, and served with nutritious ingredients fish maw, abalone, sea cucumber, radish, shiitake mushrooms, pork trotters and quail eggs. *no shark fin is used. (rice served on the side).

Chef KT Yeo’s Signature 3 : Sichuan “Mouth Watering” Chicken (口水鸡)
Sichuan ‘mouth-watering’ chicken or Kou Shui Ji is one of the most popular Chinese dishes. Chef KT Yeo’s flavourful version includes tender chicken, vibrant red homemade chilli oil, toasted sesame seeds, crushed roasted peanuts and the key aromatic ingredient, fresh Sichuan peppercorn.

Chinese Kai Lan with Shiitake Mushrooms (芥蓝炒香菇)
Fresh Chinese kai lan and sliced shiitake mushrooms sauteed with Shaoxing wine, corn starch, and minced fresh ginger and garlic.

Chef KT Yeo’s Chinese Roast Pork (Sio Bak)
Chef KT’s dish is made of juicy and tender pork belly with crispy and crackling skin and mild sweetness.

 

DESSERT
Chef KT Yeo’s Mother-in-Law’s Peanut Dumplings(岳母花生圆) 
An heirloom recipe, passed down from Chef KT Yeo’s mother-in-law, of tasty and juicy dumplings, coated with roasted peanuts and sesame seeds guaranteed to be a hit among both children and adults.

RE-HEATING INSTRUCTIONS:

Buddha Jumps Over the Wall: MICROWAVE/ STEAM Microwave on medium for 5 minutes or steam for 15 minutes. Do not place pot under direct flame.
Lo-Hei, Roast Pork, Sichuan Chicken, Peanut Dumplings Serve at room temperature.
Chinese Kai Lan: MICROWAVE Microwave on medium for 2 minutes.
Stir-Fried Glutinous Rice (ADD-ON): MICROWAVE Microwave on medium for 3-4 minutes.
Sichuan Prawns (ADD-ON): MICROWAVE Microwave on medium for 2 minutes.
