Artisan Mango Bûche Francaise
A unique combination of a 100% gluten-free, moist chocolate brownie base with creamy and light mango-passionfruit cheesecake and a refreshing jelly insert made with pureed Sumifru pineapples, fresh vanilla and kaffir lime leaves, artisanally designed and decorated. The dessert takes two days to make, and every element is made from scratch.
Chocolat Golden Bûche De Noël
A 100% gluten-free, moist chocolate brownie base with a luscious filling of 65% Callebaut(Belgium chocolate) chocolate creameux and a flavourful pureed wild berries insert, beautifully designed and dusted with edible gold dust. The dessert takes two days to make, and every element is made from scratch.
