King Prawn Biryani
A must-try; a and spicy jumbo king prawn biryani made in authentic DUM style (baked in a vacuum). The magic of this mix intersects with another secret layer and provides an elevated level of flavour.
Cooked in cast iron to retain the richest flavours, the unique chicken prep consists of great flavour and adds a rich appearance to the sauce. The dish is made using a difficult technique called DUM where it is smoked (baked in a vaccum). Only fresh chicken with 100% guaranteed tenderness is used.
