At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy is an award winning Edu-Trust Certified institution. In 2002, At-Sunrice pioneered the private chef certification at the Fort Canning Campus – a

foundational certification that introduced the repertoire of skills and cuisines a private chef should have to plan, design and cook meals at events.

Together with Esseplore, At-Sunrice is the first to provide professional pathways for private chefs. The first pathway is the Specialist Diploma in Food Entrepreneurship for Private Chefs. The second pathway is Intermediate Certificate Courses for Private Chefs. Graduates of both will have the opportunity to digitally accelerate their private chef business on Esseplore’s dining platform.

At-Sunrice cultivates global chefs and F&B professionals in an environment of culinary authenticity. The Academy imparts skills and knowledge from East and West, Old World and New World cuisines, herbs and spices and food innovation driven by technology. The GlobalChef Academy has also been awarded the Best Private Education Institution (PEI) in Culinary Arts 2017 and is the recipient of the Gold Standard Award in the Food & Beverage at the JobsCentral Learning Training, Education and Development (T.E.D) Awards 2017.
