Dabba Ghost

A famous delicacy of the Bohri cuisine that isn’t commercially available in Singapore, this Indian mutton dish is succulent and meaty due to long hours cooking the tender mutton and bone marrow, simmered in a rich, creamy white sauce (contains nuts and cream), and served with premium boiled egg and a hint of macaroni.

Jaffrani Pulao

Semi-sweet pilaf infused with saffron and premium nuts.

DESSERT

Gajar Halwa

A mildly sweet pudding made from freshly grated carrots and organic ghee.

RE-HEATING INSTRUCTIONS:

Pineapple and Tomato Salad Served in room temperature.
Dabba Ghost: MICROWAVE Microwave on high for 1 minute.
Jaffrani Pulao: MICROWAVE Microwave for less than 1 minute at 1000 watts or 1.5 minutes at 800 watts.
Gajar Halwa Served warm or cold. To serve warm, crack lid and microwave for 10 seconds at 800 watts.
